Director of Brainstorming

Talia DELGADO (Spain)

Has a degree in Science of Information, branch of Journalism . She is an experienced Radio and print press's journalist. Specialized in Investigative Journalism using new technologies.
She started to work as journalist before finishing her studies in a Local Spanish Newspaper called El Dia de Cuenca writing reports and covering all kind of issues, from murders to civil movement demonstrations.

Since 1999 until 2002 she was the Director of the print and electronic publication “The White Laggard” that was covering international issues. In this period she also started her career in Radio being the Director of a special section dedicated to investigative reports and analysis of international issues and conflicts in the weekly program called AGORA in the Free Radio Station in Segovia (Spain).

After finishing her studies she started to work in the National Spanish Radio (RNE) in Madrid as Editor in the Unit of Programs having the direction of her own section in the night program “Cita con Pilar”.

She worked for a year as freelance journalist before moving to Romania where she is now living and working.

During the last two years she has been working as Eastern Countries Correspondent for the Australian Electronic magazine “Plasma Rag”.

2003 - 2005 she worked as - Coordinator of the Media and Communication networking projects Department in ARSIS - THE YOUTH CULTURAL ASSOCIATION ROMANIA developing different media projects with journalist from all over the world.

She is also the Creator and Director of Brainstorming publication.

Actually she is the Creator and the President of ¨ALTER ECO - Communicating trough Media¨ a non governmental organization addressed to young professionals in the social, media and communication area.

Communication and Public Relations Department

Mihaela FRUNZETI has a degree in Psychology and Educational Sciences.

Since 1999 she has been developing different services in NGOs in Suceava Romania , most of them related with Human Resources, Communication and Public Relations.
She has been:
- Coordinator of the “Newsletter ” (youth electronic bulletin about mobility opportunities, human resources) in ARSIS - The Youth Cultural Association, Suceava  - Romania
- Coordinator of volunteers in activities by ARSIS - The Youth Cultural Association, Suceava - Romania
- Coordinator of The Youth Project Department within “MMedia NGO – The Image Center Suceava” / Romania and Coordinator for Marketing Promotion through visual arts
- Counselor of The Information, Training and Counseling Center for Youth - INFOCENTER Suceava  - Romania being the creator of “The Counseling and Carrier Orientation Center – human resources
- Responsible for Public Relations with NGOs working Romania within The Information, Training and Counseling Center for Youth - INFOCENTER Suceava / Romania

- Coordinator of  activities for social disfavored youth within AGORA CULTURAL Association from Valencia – Spain,  as EVS Volunteer  under the European Youth Program

During the last year she has been part of the “BRAINSTORMING” publication staff as:
- Coordinator of the Communication and Public Relations Department
- Assistant of Direction in the Department and Selection of Contents

Actually she is the Vice-president of ¨ALTER ECO - Communicating trough Media¨ a non governmental organization addressed to young professionals in the social, media and communication area.

Interface Designer

David STROE (Romania) is a communication designer in Suceava, Romania.

Since 2000 he was working and collaborating as a designer and cross-media communicator in different print shops, advertising companies and production firms all over Romania and abroad.
He has been working as:
- Junior designer in a Print Shop in Suceava
- Coordinator of Multimedia Projects Department of ARSIS (Youth Cultural Association)
- Senior Designer and Project Coordinator in an Advertising and Promotions production company in Suceava
- Editor-in-chief of Graphics Department at epress – online IT informal e-zine
- Art Director at epress
- Senior Designer at a Romanian-based web-design and web-development focused international company
- Senior designer at a web-design and web-development focused American company
- Freelancer as web-designer and web-strategy consultant, image consultant, branding counselor, art director and interior design & architecture designer

He is part of Brainstorming staff as:
- Brand developer and Image consultant
- Web-designer and webmaster for the internet version of Brainstorming
- Art director and Editor for the printed version of Brainstorming
