  Who we are?
We are a social, non-profit, non-religious, non-political organization created by youth leaders in from diverse areas. We are a group of young people who are contributing and working towards the development and empowerment of youth.

Our objectives
Our main objective is to give young people the opportunity to gain a new perspective of our national situation, while having a critical attitude of the social process through active participation and information access.
We are also encouraging the development of an opinionated youth as well as active youth leaders in order to increase their strategic role at all social levels. We accomplish this by promoting knowledge, solidarity and exchange of experiences and good practices in order to foment the youth organizations.
Our other objectives include creating real spaces for participation and organization of youth groups that focus on developing solidarity and democratic values.

ACTIVITIES
Exchange of Information:
We believe that information is power and power means being able to make informed decisions. This is why the Net of Youth Leaders of El Salvador is working to bring all kinds of information that can help the youth of El Salvador gain to a better knowledge and contribute to the social develop of the country.

Exchange of Experiences:
We are working to promote the exchange of experiences in the areas of community development, public policies, social development policies and programs, micro enterprises and youth organization and participation.

Links:
We are organizing networking activities and are connecting with national and international organizations dedicated to youth employment and youth initiatives.

Opportunities:
We are creating opportunities for young people through contacts, partnerships, scholarships, internships, forums and seminars both inside the country and abroad.

Strategic alliances:
In order to generate a relevant change and a greater social impact, we are working to create institutional agreements that can help us to achieve our objectives and goals.
